Hello!  I’m Todd, and I am a Texas state-licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (License #26028) with a lifetime of hands-on experience in home construction & renovation, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.  I’m also a Certified Professional Inspector with the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
